Usage

We only make use of your data in the processing of your order. Customer data is stored and processed according to the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EG of the European Parliament and  Council of 24. October, 1995. Until such time that this is cancelled, we use your e-mail address in order to send our own newsletter.

Information

You have the right, at any time, to free information, authorization, deletion or suspension of your personal data. Please contact us at {e-mail address} or send us your enquiry by post or fax. Deletion requests cannot always be honoured because of trading and taxation  storage limit rules of  up to 10 years. According to the E-commerce Directive 2000/31/EG of the European Parliament and the Council from 8.6.2000, the suspension of  data is valid in such cases.

Disclosure of data to third parties

We do not provide your personal data (including home address or e-mail address) to third parties without your expressed and at any time revocable permission. Exceptions are only made for our service partners who require such data in order to complete an order process (eg. a transport company responsible for shipping and a credit institute responsible for payment). In this case, transferred data is reduced to a minimum.

Your personal data is encrypted using 128 Bit SSL v3, RC4, RSA with 1024 Bit exchange, issued by TC TrustCenter AG and transmitted over the internet. We employ technical and security measures to protect the data that you have entrusted with us, from random or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access from unauthorized persons.
